It would be awesome to work in this place if you are into Sales or anything about Sales. It is not as fun as it should be or productive as it sounds because it is commission based salary which it wouldn't be as much specially if you have a family.

I was a Appointment Setter/Recruiter so they gave us a packet of people's names for us to call for either the policy or to recruit them to join the company. As far as competitive, yes in a way because you have to make money otherwise you won't have any because it is commission based salary. This company offers the opportunity for significant earnings and guaranteed future payments from policy renewals. The hardest part of the deal with the driving from one customer address to another, memorizing company products and presentation methods, and the presentation hours which start in the afternoon and last well into the late hours of the evening.

Work week is from Monday afternoon thru Saturday afternoon and giving two effective days off (Saturday evening, all-day Sunday and Monday morning). I have been here for 9 months. The leads are garbage, you will likely run across people that have been seen within 6months to a year. They collect referrals but it's not as easy as they make it seem. The charge back will kill you becsuse of people whole cancel no matter what may have happened. They say get them back on books like it's an easy task.

If people don't take the offer the company gives them it affects your quality which is not right. Quailty affects your money. My manger even admitted he screwed up when training me but some how was still my fault.im still here pushing until i find a new job but they are always hiring because they make it so hard on people. The money is good while it last but they say if your unsure trail it which means you don't get paid for months.

So if your hurting for money you gotta get paid. They need to fix their quailty system an lead system. An if a manger admits they trained you wrong or told you wrong the it shouldn't affect you but them.
