D&d 4e Character Builder Update Jan 2011

I have built a new computer and sold my prior laptop that contained by character builder. I have downloaded the character builder via torrents and updates but it appears that I do not have them all as Martian Power 2 is missing and Players Handbook 3 is listed as beta. Does anyone have a link that has all the updates and easy to install or with instructions?
