Hi, One other thing to try would be to uninstall the Fast Track Pro's drivers and install them again. There's no reason it shouldn't work with USB 3, that's why I'm suggesting other. It had been happening occasionally with Windows 8.1, but it seems to be much more frequent since I've upgraded. The sound works fine, but turns off completely, usually when playing Starcraft 2 and listening to Spotify. I usually just power cycle the unit and this usually resumes audio, but other times I have to quit out of the programs to get sound back.

Windows installed the Realtek drivers automatically, but I'm using the latest M-Audio drivers from their website. If anyone has any information about it, I would really appreciate finding a solution.

Thanks in advance • • • • •. I get this sometimes when powercycling to fix the issue OP describes. I actually did not seem to have this issue in 8.1 at all though, only since I've upgraded to 10. For me, it can happen at any time, doing anything, doesn't matter. There really is no correlation to what you are doing. At first I thought maybe it was happening when trying to play 2 separate audio streams out of 2 separate apps causing a conflict, or many other things like that, but nope. I can just be listening to one audio source and it will happen. Drivers Token Certisign.

Sometimes it happens when no audio is playing, only to be noticed once I go to play something. Its frustrating. Like OP says, usually I can powercycle the unit and everythings fine. Some apps need to be restarted themselves though. Definitely sucks.

I'm afraid the only option may be to uupgrade to something newer, but this little Fast Track Pro has been such a solid workhorse for me, for YEARS. And it always 'just worked'. I hope no one is holding their breath for further driver updates (which, I understand its old hardware and was bought out by Avid or w/e, but you can still buy them on the market, so this sucks), however, I did hear in another forum that some people have had some luck downgrading their drivers to previous versions. Your mileage may vary, and you will have to experiment yourself. I couldn't tell you which versions to try, I have yet to experiment myself. I have also read on forums that these Fast Track Pros don't like USB 3.0 ports. So try to avoid that.

Torrent Elcomsoft Ios Forensic Toolkit Torrent. I have tried mine through a USB3.0 powered hub, and experienced the same issues as plugged directly into my PC via USB2.0, so I don't know how true the 'avoid USB3.0' thing is, but its a suggestion. Having exactly the same problem as you. If you right click on the sound icon in the bottom right of the screen, click 'playback devices'. There I see the lights bouncing up and down on the correct device but nothing's coming from the speaker.
