Kimpex Arrow Skis Installation Management
You guys are all off on this one, the original poster is correct. The arrow on a Polaris piston points toward the magneto side of the engine.

All Polaris factory pistons have the arrow pointing sideways, no way can you install it pointing at the exhaust. Even the cheap aftermarket OEM copies like Kimpex and SPI have the arrow cast to point to the mag side of the engine. The only pistons for Polaris that have an arrow that points to the exhaust that I have ever seen are by Wiseco.

I have this sled here I just cleaned the carbs and put it back together. Would idle but wouldn't go anywhere without the choke. Rar Password Finder Keygenguru there. So I raised the needle all the way and the sled idles but as soon as I give it throttle it just Boggs and wants to die but when I hit the choke it starts again and goes.

So I put one size bigger pilot in. Went from a 50 (which I thought was big to begin with) to a 55. And the sled is doing the same. Idles fine but when I go to give it fuel it just Boggs and when I flip the choke it picks up again. Now at 55 pilot, 270 main, needle clip at the very bottom and air screw at one turn.
Is it possible I have to give more pilot???? Or is this a Lean main jet? You have an underlying problem in the fuel system, you must address this first before you start randomly throwing oversized jets in to mask the real issue. In general Polaris sleds are jetted pretty fat from the factory and this provides decent leeway for big temp swings. First off, put everything on those carbs back to stock.
